Ethan Vida Organization (EVO)
Announce that we are taking an official stand AGAINST ALL ABUSERS of SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN!
Arabella Vida, CEO of EVO, recently ran for office for the position of MPP in the May/24 byelection for Milton, Ontario. Her primary mandate was to stand up and fight for the rights of special needs children (and their families).
In particular, EVO is announcing OPEN BATTLE with all those who compromise the safety of all children with special needs by not allowing SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS on all who are part of a ‘vulnerable sector’.
EVO challenges the Privacy Act which stops the use of cameras (especially on those who are unable to speak); the enforcement of ‘no cameras due to privacy’ is actually increasing the risk for abuses of several types to continue as predators are protected by such a law.
EVO are presently organizing a protest to take place in front of the parliament buildings in Ottawa and will continue to fight for justice until it is done; as well fighting for the enforcement of severe punishment for those charged with such types of abuse. (Date of protest TBA)
Please see these links from CTV NEWS (Canada) pertaining to the tragic death of Landyn Ferris a 16 yr old teen who was left unsupervised (with a known condition that required constant supervision). This is sadly, only one of many cases (known); one can only imagine the extent of UNKNOWN CASES with such treatment when considering the inability to communicate by many in the vulnerable sector.
